Stroke limit switches in modern industry

In modern industrial assembly lines, processing inspection to ensure product quality has increasingly become the top priority in the entire production process in addition to safety. There have been solutions to how to achieve continuous detection. However, in general, either inspection method requires adding new equipment to the number of existing equipment. But the addition of new equipment always means higher costs and space occupation. In addition, a high degree of security is required. It is these many requirements that put forward various requirements for the current travel switch in terms of manufacturing concept and manufacturing process.

Nowadays, many stroke switches are used in industrial production processes. The application of travel switches can be said to be everywhere, from quality detection to safety control in work engineering. The proximity switches that are now commonly used are mainly inductive and photoelectric. Of course, there are also some places where ultrasonic media is used as the trigger condition for the stroke switch. But whether magnetic, capacitive, acoustic or light as part of the working principle, the stroke switch has the same characteristic, that is, the switch does not need to operate without any contact. In industrial production, no contact means no wear. The absence of wear in the high-intensity machining process is equivalent to no failure due to wear and tear, nor will it be inaccurate due to changes in the environment.
In addition, the reason why different types of stroke switches are used in different industrial production fields is because the industrial production environment is different. Only by selecting the most suitable stroke switch can it be used efficiently and safely. That is to say, when we choose the stroke switch, we must still take “tailor-made” as the first principle.
